Craft n' Shmooze 1pm
Join our special Sacred Hebrew Chant and Drum service on Mar. 26 at 7:30 PM. It blends voices, drumming, meditation, poetry and movement and is lead by Rabbi Rosalind, joined by a band of singers and drummers.
Our 3 & 4 year olds, along with their parents, this Sunday we will celebrate Israel: Hear stories, sing songs and decorate the Israeli flag.
Families will sing songs with Susan Rancer and hear a story. The fun starts at 10:30 am.
Come join us on Friday evening, April 2, for an Erev Shabbat Pesach potluck dinner. Bring a dairy or veggie dish made without chametz to share. Dinner is at 6:30pm.
Applications for the Rabbi Morris Scholarship given by Sisterhood are now available at the Temple Office or for downloading here . There are applications for high school seniors, students currently in college, and adults who are going back to school for retraining.
Applicants must be children or grandchildren of members in good standing or members of the Temple themselves. The application deadline is Feb. 15, 2010.
Completed applications should be returned to Diane Ehrlich c/o Sisterhood BIJ.
