The Sisterhood is an intergenerational group that welcomes women of the congregation and those outside as well. It gives the women of Beth Israel-Judea an outlet to serve the congregation, to develop friendships and nuture leadership abilities.
The Sisterhood engages in service projects, fund raising, and programs for the congregation and helps with good and welfare for the whole congregation
Often it organizes onegs after services and supplies funds for the religious school and gifts for Bar/Bat Mitzvah students.
The current president is Beth Alberts.
